Where can I find information about membership and employment matters during the summer?

Even during the summer, the primary source of support for a Tehy member is their union representative at the workplace. You can take care of membership matters at any time via the e-services of the Tehy website, while our advisory telephone service will have summertime service hours.

Even during the summer, you may have questions about membership matters or your employment. Turning to your Tehy representative will be your primary source of information in the summer as well. 

You can also find plenty of information on the tehy.fi website, and if you need to take care of matters, you can always log in to the e-services on the Tehy website. The e-services are available around the clock, all year round. Any messages sent via the Tehy e-services are processed every weekday.

Taking care of a matter may require you to contact us by phone, in which case, please see our summertime telephone service hours and which number to call below. 

Telephone service hours in the summer

If your matter concerns membership, e.g. the membership fee, member benefits, a new job or study place or unpaid leave, the correct number to call is 09 5422 7200.

If your matter concerns your employment, e.g. your salary, work shifts or holidays, the correct telephone service number is 09 5422 7100.

Our telephone service will have summertime service hours from 2 June 2025 onwards. 

The telephone service will be open on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays

at 9.00–14.00 from 2 to 16 June, 

at 9.00–12.00 from 23 June to 7 August, and 

at 9.00–14.00 from 11 to 28 August.
