Tehy elected vice presidents and the chairpersons of the council

At Tehy’s organizing meeting on June 4–5, several personnel elections are being held. Earlier in the day, Millariikka Rytkönen was elected as the president of Tehy. On the first day of the meeting, the vice presidents and the chairpersons of the council were also elected for the term 2025–2029.

Tehy’s council elected Paula Sihto from Seinäjoki as the first vice president and Kati Jetsu from Vaajakoski as the second vice president of the organization.

Paula Anttila from Pyhänkoski was elected as the chairperson of Tehy’s council. Leena Jokinen-Anttila from Ulvila was elected as the first vice chair and Mika Huhtaniemi from Vantaa as the second vice chair.

On the second day of the meeting, Tehy’s board and other positions of trust will be filled.

Tehy is a trade union for professionals with degrees in the social, health and education sectors. Students in these fields may also join as members.

Tehyn valtuuston järjestäytymiskokous

Valtuuston järjestäytymiskokous pidettiin 4.–5.6.2025 Finlandia-talossa. Kokous on tärkeä osa Tehyn päätöksentekoa, sillä sen aikana valtuusto järjestäytyi tulevalle kaudelle ja valitsi liiton puheenjohtajan sekä hallituksen seuraavaksi nelivuotiskaudeksi.
