Before joining Tehy, Räsänen worked for two decades as a communications specialist and manager, both as an entrepreneur and within organisations such as the Finnish Red Cross, RAY, Veikkaus and the City of Vantaa. Räsänen has a Master’s degree in Social Sciences.
