Please note! In the public sector, stipulations concerning annual holiday are provided in collective agreements (HYVTES and KVTES). Wellbeing services counties apply the HYVTES collective agreement and municipalities and joint municipal boards apply the KVTES collective agreement. The stipulations on annual holiday laid down in HYVTES are also applied when the SOTE agreement is applied to the employment.
